Day Charter Ibiza was born in 2012 from the experience of its founder Marco Ponticiello. Born in 1974, he started sailing at the age of 12. After having worked as a professional skipper for big charter companies and private owners since 2004, in addition to competing in classic sailboat regattas and numerous long-range transfers, in 2010 he created a company that organizes sailing trips in the Mediterranean, the Caribbean and various tropical destinations.
Day Charter Ibiza counts today with 20 years of experience in the boat charter domain and yachts rental.
Today we directly manage different charter boats in Ibiza, taking care of both the winter maintenance as well as the rental on the island during the summer season and the assistance and logistics service.
In addition we also provide any type of boat both sailing and motor as a nautical agency, carefully selecting suppliers to ensure that your boat holidays in Ibiza are a unique experience.

«The first time I set foot on Ibiza soil was from a boat, in December 2005 during the crossing from the Mediterranean (Marseille) to the Caribbean (Martinique). We had to repair in Ibiza, in Cala Bassa, due to bad weather. When I got ashore I was surprised by the beauty of the island, which I did not know. The following years I have returned every summer to the Balearic Islands to sail with my clients between Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera.
